Ariela Avni and Arie Kogan Join Prolify as CEO and CTO Respectively

Executives bring international engineering and operational experience

Netanya, Israel and Waltham, Mass., USA—January 29, 2007—Prolify, a company developing an enterprise email collaboration and data integration product, today announced that Ariela Avni and Arie Kogan have joined the company as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer respectively. Avni will also join Prolify’s Board of Directors.

Ariela Avni brings 25 years of experience in the software industry. Previously, she held several senior management positions at Mercury (NASDAQ: MERQE) where her accomplishments include building Mercury’s first international technical support operations, opening 15 offices across Europe, managing over 700 engineers worldwide, and penetrating a new vertical. Previously, Avni worked in software development which includes customization efforts for companies including IBM, ICL and Exacta. Avni earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg-Recanati School and a BS in computer engineering from the Technion Institute in Israel.

CTO Arie Kogan brings 20 years of experience, most recently as vice president of R&D at Mercury (NASDAQ: MERQE), managing international R&D and QA groups. Kogan pioneered the product vision, design and architecture of Mercury’s testing software ultimately contributing greatly to the company’s $100M revenue milestone. Prior to Mercury, Kogan was the chief architect of Israel Aerospace Industries (I.A.I.) leading a large team of Avionic system engineers. Kogan earned a BS. in mathematics and computer science from Tel-Aviv University in Israel, and a MS equivalent in Avionic Systems Engineering jointly issued by I.A.I and Haifa Technion in Israel.

Both Avni and Kogan will work out of Prolify’s headquarters in Netanya, Israel, where the company’s R&D and select executive are located. Prolify also has offices in Waltham, Mass., USA that houses the company’s sales and marketing staff.
