Yaron serves as Chairman of the BOD for Mercury (NASDAQ: MERQE), as well as the Chairman of the BOD for Yissum (the commercialization company of the Hebrew University) and sits on the Board of Governors and Executive committee of the Hebrew University, Israel. From 1992-1995, Yaron was President of Indigo NV, leading the company to a NASDAQ IPO exceeding $1B in market capitalization.
A Partner with Pitango since mid 2005, Ms. Segev-Gal heads the Enterprise Software sector. Prior to Pitango, Segev-Gal was a Partner with Evergreen, where she led investments in and served on the boards of Traiana, Identify (acquired by BMC), Actona (acquired by Cisco), Varonis, Item Field (acquired by Informatica), and Aduva (acquired by Sun).
Mr. Miki Kenny is the managing director of Eastronics Ltd, the largest high tech distribution company in Israel. Mr. Kenny holds an MBA from Stanford University, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Rann Marom focuses on investments in the software and communications fields at Veritas Venture Partners, where he has been a partner since 1999. Prior to Veritas, Rann held R&D positions in the Israel aerospace industry and served in Israel's Military Intelligence Corps; he is currently a Major in the Reserves. Rann's past and present board positions include Trivnet, Fring and CableMatrix (acquired by Sandvine in 2007).
Mr. Moshe Egert has been a director with Prolify since January 2005. Mr. Egert has spent 15 years with Mercury in a variety of sales, marketing, and technical positions. Between 1996 and 2005, Mr. Egert served as the President of the EMEA operation for Mercury.
